Market situation for Polish property
Property investments in Poland's second and third tier cities are performing particularly well as the moment. Poznan is the Polish property market's top performer in 2007, in some month's seeing over 11% growth rates. Wroclaw, Lodz and Gdansk are not far behind, with other cities like Olsztyn seeing fantastic growth rates from a lower base level.
